Managing Partner
John Jordan is a Managing Partner of Iron Summit Partners and an executive operator with experience across healthcare, medical technology, service, supply chain, logistics, and complex equipment-based businesses. He has led operations across the Americas for global medical device manufacturers and has spent his career building and scaling service, supply chain, and operating organizations in demanding environments where reliability, responsiveness, and disciplined decision-making matter. John is a Marine Corps combat veteran, holds an MBA, earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, and is currently pursuing an Executive Doctor of Business Administration at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Adam Yanchunas
Managing Partner
Adam Yanchunas is a Managing Partner of Iron Summit Partners and brings more than 20 years of experience across enterprise program execution, technical systems, project leadership, product development, and business building. His background includes leading complex project portfolios, developing technical and operational systems, entrepreneurial brand development, and overseeing the buildout of nuclear medicine production facilities and advanced radiation therapy environments. Adam brings formal execution discipline as a Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, along with practical experience translating ideas into structured, scalable business initiatives. Adam is a Marine Corps combat veteran, holds an MBA, and earned his Master of Science in Technology Leadership from Brown University.

Vice President, Healthcare Strategy & Development
Michelle Jordan is Vice President, Healthcare Strategy & Development at Iron Summit Partners and brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across practice administration, oncology, executive health, hospital operations, patient access, and revenue cycle management. She has led within multi-site private practice environments and large nationally recognized health systems, bringing a practical understanding of how healthcare organizations grow, operate, and serve patients in complex, high-accountability settings. At Iron Summit Partners, Michelle helps guide healthcare strategy, portfolio development, and the evaluation of opportunities where operational discipline and patient-centered execution can create long-term value. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, her Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Administration at Oklahoma State University.

Patrick Towery brings experience across leadership development, mental wellness coaching, and organizational performance in private-sector, military, and nonprofit environments. He is in private practice as a leadership psychology and wellness coach, helping individuals and organizations build healthier cultures, strengthen leadership, and navigate high-accountability environments. Patrick is an Army combat veteran and former UH-60 Black Hawk pilot, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, an advanced certificate in Leadership Psychology from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

Wendy Zhou brings pharmacy expertise, clinical judgment, and healthcare leadership perspective to Iron Summit Partners. As a Doctor of Pharmacy, Wendy offers practical insight into medication access, pharmacy operations, patient experience, and the clinical considerations that shape responsible treatment delivery. She has pharmacy leadership experience across compounding pharmacy operations and brings a practical understanding of healthcare delivery in complex, patient-centered environments. Wendy earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and her Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University.
