John Jordan is a Managing Partner of Iron Summit Partners and an executive operator with experience across healthcare, medical technology, service, supply chain, logistics, and complex equipment-based businesses. He has led operations across the Americas for global medical device manufacturers and has spent his career building and scaling service, supply chain, and operating organizations in demanding environments where reliability, responsiveness, and disciplined decision-making matter. John is a Marine Corps combat veteran, holds an MBA, and earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University.

Adam Yanchunas is a Managing Partner of Iron Summit Partners and brings a blend of technical depth, project execution, product development, and business-building experience across regulated and government-facing environments. His background includes technical systems, entrepreneurial brand development, and overseeing the buildout of nuclear medicine production facilities and advanced radiation therapy environments. Adam is a Marine Corps combat veteran, holds an MBA, and is completing a Master of Science in Technology Leadership at Brown University.

Vice President, Healthcare Strategy & Development

Michelle Jordan is Vice President, Healthcare Strategy & Development at Iron Summit Partners and brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry across practice administration, oncology, executive health, hospital operations, patient access, and revenue cycle management. Her background includes executive leadership in multi-site private practice, oncology operations, and roles within large nationally recognized health systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is completing a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership at Brown University.
